VALLEY INTERCOMMUNITY COUNCIL
Path to Enriching Lives and Strengthening Communities.

Previously known as the Valley Interfaith Council, the Valley InterCommunity Council has been a respected nonprofit in the San Fernando Valley since 1964. In partnership with the City of Los Angeles, we provide services, including hot meals and health activities for older adults, focusing on low moderate-income seniors and those who are frail or disabled. Our transportation system offers seniors safe access to appointments and our centers, where they can engage activities and enjoy meals. Founded during a time of civil unrest, VIC started as a coalition of clergy advocating for fair housing and positive community change. Today, we remain committed to serving thousands through our programs, including meals provided at our centers, nutrition sites, food pantries, and a Homebound Meal Delivery Program.
