Enhanced Case Management Services
Individuals and families with Medi-Cal may qualify for no-cost Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program, gaining access to a network of additional resources and support.
Our ECM department exists to connect you to the very best resources in our community, allowing you to access essential services and programs that you are entitled to through Medi-Cal benefits. When you register for our ECM program, one of our specialized Case Managers will reach out to you and determine your eligibility for these services and provide you with the information and assistance to get started!
