Multi-Purpose Senior Centers

Three Multipurpose Senior Centers serving over 1,000 seniors per day provide a wide range of services including counseling, case management, recreation, education, nutrition, in home care, and legal, medical, social and handyworker services, as well as intergenerational activities. Vans at each center also provide transportation services for seniors.

The centers are the Alicia Broadous-Duncan MultiPurpose Senior Center located in Pacoima, the Bernardi or Mid-Valley Multipurpose Senior Center located in Van Nuys, and the East Valley Multipurpose Senior Center located in North Hollywood. The centers are partially funded by the City of Los Angeles Department of Aging. The services offered at the  Multipurpose Senior Centers continue to make a profound impact on the quality of life for Valley seniors.
