Our Senior Services

Aging in place is a life long process. The overall well-being of an older adult is in large part shaped by his or her access to and use of public and personal, health, mental health, social supports, educational opportunities, employment/income and more over the course of a lifespan.  VIC's senior services are focused on supporting those who want to 'age in place' through providing an array of programs and support services for seniors.

Case Mangement

When you work with VIC's case management, you will recieve the assistance and support you need - we want to make your life easier! You and/or your parent will be supported and empoweredto remain as independent as possible. You and/or your parent will be provided with individualized management to make sure all the right services are in place for you.
