VIC's strategic plan is translating our hopes and dreams into concrete plans. First and foremost, making specific plans helps us to get beyond idealistic visions and allows us to focus on exactly what VIC needs to accomplish. It also outlines what we can realistically expect to get done, based on available resources.
We are currently in the process of updating our strategic plan for FY 2009-2013. We expected approval by June 30, 2009 and will begin implementation for the new fiscal year July 1, 2009.
